Cactus and Succulents

Cactus and succulents always seem to get lumped together. Sometimes they couldn't be farther apart. While cactus lovers often love succulents. Most cacti are not winter hardy. But there are cacti that grow as far north as Canada. They are very adaptable to dry climates. A great feature for gardeners that do not like to water. Although beautiful in their own right through distinctive shape most have beautiful flowers that are quite large. Succulents have many winter hardy varieties. Succulents are also very at adaptable to dry climates. Cactus are often listed under succulents.
